Our default is a short & sweet ceremony, personalized to you, but it's completely your call. You can go in depth into your love story, and include fun rituals like ring warming, handfasting, and a sand ceremony. The typical ceremony length is around twenty to thirty minutes.
If you're choosing a heavy traffic area for your ceremony (like a public park, beach or waterfall), mornings are ideal, as there are typically fewer people around. For photography, mornings and late afternoons are best, as midday sun can be harsh in the tropics!
No prob. We are happy to connect with your photographer to ensure all the details and logistics are ironed out. When you book with us, we can make vendor recommendations, or you are welcome to seek out your own.
The sooner the better! While we have been able to accommodate a few elopements and weddings the week after booking, booking early means you have more choice with your date and time, and access to our best vendors. It also allows more time for your officiant to personalize and prepare for your ceremony.
Once a contract has been signed, a deposit payment of $2,000 is due within two business days. The specific payment terms depend on the package selected.
Yes, you can use a credit card for payment. We will issue you an invoice via Stripe. There is a 4% fee for USD credit cards, and a 6% fee for credit cards that require currency conversion.
The easiest, cheapest payment option is via Wise (previously known as TransferWise). This service allows you to do a low-cost international bank transfer. You can also send a wire transfer from your bank.

The best time to visit Central America is between December & April. Shoulder season, in May and November, is also an excellent time to get married in Central America - it's not as crowded as it is during high season, and not as rainy as it is during green season.
